Holiday

 edition   

It’s been one more trip around the sun. Here’s the summary of our past year.

R O O S T E R  (age 5)


- LOVES going to part time PreK with his friends

- learned to snap his fingers

- was on the cover of the Dayton Dragon’s Play Ball magazine 

- went down a ginormous slide for the first time

- learned to write his name

- he’s a lady’s man trying to figure out who he wants to marry

- learned to play Minecraft & kicks his brothers’ butts on Wii Bowling




L o u i s  (19),  B e x  &  P e p i t o


- Louis was in the top for school and went to the State Accounting BPA Competition

- graduated high school

- went on a 3 week road trip around the western & southern parts of the US

- work in the catering business

- took Aiden & Kielee to Sr. Prom

 (they never had one because of Covid)

- have been a huge support to Shaun’s parents - driving, lawn mowing, etc.




- Were sealed in the Palmyra, NY temple (married for eternity) in April

- Aiden returned from his mission in Arizona for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in January

- Aiden is working as a fire alarm installer & assistant wedding dj

- Kielee has been our #1 support person - picking up Rooster from school, cooking, getting groceries, etc.

- saving to buy a house next year

- they’re beekeepers

- still an Air Force MP in Louisiana

- Chris deployed to Doha, Qatar - and missed being there during the World Cup by 2 weeks!  He had some nice stops in Ireland and Germany along the way though.

- Kim has added Bartender to her resume and continues to waitress at The Flying Heart Brewery

- single

- living in NY

- focusing on writing horror books

- keeping to himself 

S h a u n  &  C h r i s t i n e 


- spent time with the family taking road trips to Louisiana & New York

- Christine had surgery on her knee & thyroid

- Shaun went to Bucc-ee’s & became a Beaver Believer!!

- Christine has had too many health issues and not enough art. Surgeries, biopsies, x-rays, hospital stays, cancerous & pre-cancerous things removed. 

- Christine took (part of) a ceramics class

- won backstage time to meet the band during a Gaelic Storm concert!!

- Saw Riverdance Live together!!

- Became pig farmers. (Shaun did, anyway)
